I bought a 3rd generation ipod nano about a month ago and its been working fine till yesterday. I bought a monster fm transmitter to listen to songs in my car and when i brought the ipod back inside to upload some new songs on to it, my computer wouldn't recognize the ipod. A little box appears saying that the usb device is not recognized and when i click it, it says that the port being used has an unknown device attached. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!!!

it might be the cord not working right then... one of my cords stopped working one day and did the exact thing when i tried to use it. Try a friend's usb cable to see if that works. if it does, just buy a new cable. otherwise, it sucks to be you.
