We decided on Caleb for the first name but can't figure out a middle name. He's due next Saturday....
Here's the issues:
Husband's name is Christopher and i like Topher but he thinks it sounds retarded. He likes his name but our last name starts with a C and has a K sound. Then his brother said we could nickname him 3CPO- gimme a break!
He also likes Cameron but that's another C plus i have issues with that name (weird people with the same name and it sounds too much like a girl's name)
I like Jeffrey (deceased parent's middle name) and Zachary but i can't get it together.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've looked around even on here and everyone seems to be having girls.

My son's name is Caleb Matthew. I think that is a very strong
name. My husband and I wanted him to have a meaningful name and we picked the perfect one. Caleb means bold and
faithful. Matthew means gift from God.
We had the same problem at first, we both knew Caleb was the
perfect name but could not decide on a middle name.
When I was searching thru a baby name book Matthew just
stood out to me and he definitely was my gift from God.
So I am very partial to Caleb Matthew.
Good luck and I am sure that you will find the perfect name for
your baby.

I really like Caleb Jeffrey and think it sounds good together. Plus, J is a great middle initial.

Caleb J. Carson sounds so cool! With a name like that he could be anything (or with whatever your last name is, I bet it will sound even better.)

Other possibilities:

With L sounds:
Caleb Gabriel
Caleb Elijah
Caleb Nicholas
Caleb Daniel
Caleb William
Caleb Michael
Caleb Alexander
Caleb Dylan
Caleb Nathaniel
Caleb Lucas
Caleb Logan
Caleb Landon
Caleb Blake

With A:
Caleb Andrew
Caleb Anthony
Caleb Noah
Caleb Jonas
Caleb Ryan
Caleb James
Caleb Jonathan
Caleb Benjamin
Caleb Ian
Caleb Aidan
Caleb Mason
Caleb Samuel

B or D(compliments B) sounds:
Caleb Abraham
Caleb Brian
Caleb Jordan
Caleb Robert
Caleb Damien
Caleb Donovan
Caleb Devin
Caleb Sebastian
Caleb Brendan

Good luck making your choice! I think that Jeffery works well, or another family name too. What about Caleb Thomas?

Caleb Jeffrey is really nice and not common and also honours the memory of your relative which is a wonderful thing to do. I always think it is a good idea to get inspiration from the family tree then you have a name that is meaningful and the child can be proud of.

I agree that Topher sounds retarded, sorry. I'd probably avoid a C name for the middle name too as your surname starts with it. I'm not sure about Caleb Zachary.

How about:
Caleb Andrew
Caleb Daniel
Caleb James
Caleb Matthew

But I still like your Caleb Jeffrey.

Good luck!

I really like the last two middle names you have picked out. Caleb sounds good with a middle name ending in the long e sound:
Caleb Jeffrey
Caleb Zachary
Caleb Anthony

I also like it with a one-syllable or four-syllable middle name (to contrast with the two-syllable Caleb):
Caleb Jeremiah
Caleb Alexander
Caleb James

There are even some two-syllable names that sound good.
Caleb Daniel
Caleb Thomas

I agree that 3 C names is a bit much, and Topher is a little odd -- cute nickname, but not such a great middle name.

Good luck!

I don't like Topher as a middle name either. I think using your husband's middle name would be nice if you want to use your husband's name somehow.

I like Caleb Jeffery best of your choices. It sounds nice, and using family names are always a great choice.

Other ideas:

Caleb Joshua
Caleb James
Caleb Thomas
Caleb Noah
Caleb Michael
Caleb Oliver
Caleb Peter
Caleb Daniel
Caleb Declan
Caleb Hector
Caleb Aaron
Caleb Ian
Caleb Fionn

Good luck! Hope these help.

Caleb Christopher sounds nice even if your last name starts with a C then your son's initials will be CCC which is okay. Also Caleb Jeffrey sounds nice as well. Here are some other ideas for middle names.

Caleb Robert
Caleb Troy
Caleb Jerome (Then you could call him C.J. for short)
Caleb Joel (C.J. for short)
Caleb Jared C.J. for short)
Caleb Michael
Caleb Aaron
Caleb Vincent
Caleb Sean
Caleb Scott
Caleb Hunter
Caleb Wyatt

I think Caleb Christopher sounds the best though!!

GOOD LUCK!!
