You have to have a bank account in Pakistan and another in the UK - I think thats the only way you can do it ... but I'm sure if you ask a cashier or someone who works at the bank in Pakistan, they'll be able to tell you. Even if there are other ways of transferring money, I suggest you stick to the bank because its safe and secure. Make sure you get statements from them for proof.
'Ferrari Babe' (above) why would it be benefit money? How ******* ignorant .. Oh and you obviously aint a 'Babe' if your 49 and alone .. how sad

Assuming you have a bank account here and one in Pakistan the bank can do it without too much trouble. But it is better to transfer a larger amount as the bank will charge you for the service, if it is a regular transaction ask for 'signal numbers' it's a form of code and the bank know exactly who you are and where it is going. Hope this helps.

Banks. Go and see the bank manager in Pakistan and have an address and bank details here so they have all the info they need.

Nearly ANY bank can wire funds. You could always actually carry CASH. That method works in EVERY country on the planet.
