all you need is a pot of boiling water and a beach towel! look no farther than that. you boil water to a rolling boil, take the pot and place it on your kitchen table, take the beach towel and drape it over your head and the pot and inhale the steam.if youve got vicks vaporub put some of that into the boiling water and just inhale the steam a few times a day untul your nose clears up.be careful with the hot water!

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net

Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Ooh, this works wonders! - Put a few drops of peppermint oil into a bowl of hot water, lean over the bowl to inhale the vapour, but a towel over your head and over the bowl (to prevent the vapour from escaping in all directions) and simply inhale until your nasal passages feel clearer. Sounds complicated but it's really not :]

You can try a salt water spray (available in all the grocery stores, Wal-Mart) like Ocean or use a neti pot. Neti pots look funny and you would think the process is going to hurt, but it doesn't. LInks below (some video!).

You need steam to loosen up the sinis. I usually get a Q-tip and use Vicks on end of nose while sleeping. It does the trick.

get some eucalyptis oil and put a few drops into a basin of hot steamy water, hold your head over this with a towel (hanging over your head and not in the basin!) to enclose the steam and inhale! This is amazing! I promise!

use Olbas Oil or eucaliptose essential oil, put a few drops in boilingwater (be careful) & put a towel over your head & inhale.
If you can go to a steam room in a gym even better..

Olbas Oil is great, I love the smell of it, and it clears your blocked nose and sinuses.
