O has an atomic mass of 16 so 94.1/16=5.26
H has an atomic mass of 1 5.9/1 =5.9
so, the number of H and O should benearly the same which doesn't correspond to A) or B)

It's neither. The correct answer is: C) HO (the compound is actually hydrogen peroxide, H2O2, since HO is not a stable compound).

The percentages translate to moles by:

94.1/16 = 5.88 moles
5.9/1.0079 = 5.85 moles
which is - within error - 1:1.

HO2 (hydrogen superoxide) is 96.97% O and 3.03% H, while water is 88.9% O and 11.1% H.
