Yes, I do believe in fate, especially when it comes to love. There's a really good chinese movie about being fated in love. If you could get "Turn left, turn right" with English subtitles, I'm sure you would love it. If you're meant to be, nothing in the world would be able to separate the two of you. It's just a matter of time.

Yes.
People decide that "something" with their own free will.
But sometimes that "something" is never wished or wanted but happen. ( like accidents or any other unliked events.)
Finally all are written in fate .
