If you were approve for an H&R block emerald advance, can you reapply for another one?

The amount on the emerald advance is $470. I would like to reapply for another one before 2/15/2007. Do you think I'll get approve the second time?

Like any other line of credit, the only way to borrow more is to pay the original one off.
