I am looking for the name of concertmaster of London Philharmonic Orchestra in 1996, when the Orchestra traveled to Italy with Georg Solti. There's a DVD of that concert playing Brahms Symphony #1. And the violin solo on 2nd movement by concertmaster was so great! Anyone knows his name?

In England the term 'concertmaster' is not used. You need to look for the 'leader' of the orchestra. Try emailing the LPO.
