I'm entering my most fertile week now. This is month 2 of ttc. How much baby dancing is to much?? I ovulate around the 22nd. I want to give us the best chance of conceiving this month, so any advice would be great!!

No more than every other day is recommended. For reasons given above ;) it's quality not quantity!!
Just think - if it is a case of the more the merrier, why do docs tell a man haivng a sperm test to refrain for an average fo 3 days prior ;)

I've heard that lots of sex is better than scheduling it as and when - or even holding off! The more you have, the more is produced! And enjoy it - I've heard the more it becomes a chore the less chance you will have of getting pregnant. I've also heard that if the woman has an orgasm, the contractions will help keep in the sperm.
Before I get thumbs down, this is all stuff I have read! So go and enjoy it whenever you can and good luck concieving!

i have heard that every other day just so sperm can build up again.
Im also ttc and my husband and i did it two days before rested a day and then the day of and day after so good luck to you. i hope that you get your wish!! baby dust to you

Men only make sperm every three days. And it takes awhile for sperm to travel to the final destination. Lay off for a few days and start up again about 1-2 before you are scheduled to ovulate. Good luck.

Most say every 2nd day is enough, but if you know "exactly" when you ovulate (ie using one of the testing kits) then go for daily for 3 days once it goes "GO MODE"

Every day is fine as long as your partner has no sperm production issues. More than once a day is probably not a good idea - you need to let the sperm build up a bit.

You should only have sex every other day, or his sperm will not reach maturity. If you go on one of those baby web pages they can tell you the best days to have sex, and what days are the chance of getting what sex of baby.

BDing every other day is better because doing it too often diminishes the guy's sperm count. It needs about 24 hours to build back up again.

try making love around the 17th of dec. then on the 19th and 20th of dec.
try different love making positions.
doggie style is real good.
do you have a kit and a basal thermoniter.
try those to.
