Mahler's 6th symphony. Mahler was by far one of the most dramatic composers. Combine his already dramatic compisational nature with his daughter dying during the final stages of writing the piece and you've got instant DRAMA.

Requiem for a dream by Clint Mansell was pretty dramatic. Don't really know if it falls under the Classical genre

Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor for Organ. Holy macaroni, this piece will knock your socks of multiple times and then consistently amazes you even if you listen to it daily.

Russian Christmas Music... very dramatic for Christmas musIic, and one of my favorite concert band pieces. All 15 minutes of it is a huge crescendo. Amazing, purely amazing
