At will employment,I think we should all have a contract with employers. I think employer shouldn't be able check criminal records-except in the case of murder, rape,or anything to do with a child. And the third thing i would want is for insurance companies(esp. auto)to have a cap on what they could charge across the boards. And one more raise driving age to 18yrs old.And out law tobacco products.

1) The right for landlords of an apartment building to vacate their tenants for ANY reason they wish, without telling a tenant the reason....I say this because my ex-landlords gave me, and my 10 year old, a 60 day notice to move out, because they weren't getting enough money, so they had so-called recovering drug-addicts, and alcoholics move into good families homes, 1/2 the rent being paid for BY the government, BY your local taxpayer, without their consent! I had to use my 10 year old son's savings account, to put down a deposit on the place we now live. My son doesn't have a savings account anymore.
2) A woman's "right" choose to abort her baby or not. How has murder ever become a "right"? Once a woman becomes pregnant, she is supposed to be thinking for two, the same way she will eat for two, so why does she have the "right" to over-ride her child's decision to live, when she thinks her baby must die? Shouldn't she be made to get a second opinion, like many people do when they're ill? Perhaps from the father? Maybe he will get the "rights" he deserves then!?
3) Affirmative Action: One example: The right of CPA (so-called Child Protection Agency) to investigate parents CONSTANTLY for ridiculous accusations against them and the protection of their children. My son and I went through a law-suit against an apartment complex for disallowing children to play outside, which is of course against the law, but they also had CPA investigate us many times, because I was suing their azz! Do you think CPA noticed? Do you think CPA cared? F NO! Perhaps they thought it was FUN? A neighbor of mine was accused by her ex-boyfriend of doing drugs, and was "investigated" by the CPA, due to the accusation, without proof, and she doesn't do them, or drink for the matter! I've known her for 6 years! JFC! This is the LIFE Liberals want???????????
There's a country called Germany they can move to. I'm sorry for them, but Hilter is DEAD. There is STILL Hillary, though. She'll give you this life!

1. Limit people to two kids...with the world population already above 6.5 Billion we are a real danger to ourselves. We control the growth of pretty much every other species than our own... yet our species numbers is the one causing MOST problems (air pollution, deforestation, urban sprawl).. the problem is really that we are living longer so our kids are no longer replacing us or our parents... I would really like to limit people to 1 child but I know this does cause social problems like baby abandonment...
2. Make it a crime for people who have serious genetic problems to have kids at all.. if you have a serious problem and willingly pass it on to your kids you have NO RIGHT to complain about how bad your problem is.. you have no right to get treatment since if it was "really" that bad you wouldnt want to pass it on to your kids
3. (if law 1 didnt get put in place) I would cut off welfare to people who keep having kids while on welfare.. if your life is sooo hard being poor then why are you still having kids?? so I would pay for kid 1 and kid 2 but if they kept having kids - their check would not increase
REMOVE
1. Laws protecting criminals...they have WAYYYY to many rights - particularly the ability to get off on a "technically" defence
2. Women can go topless if they want.. its silly that some people find this offensive.. I think it should be ok when outside (just like men can go shirtless outside) I am a woman by the way and dont like the double standard.. heck loads of men have boobs bigger than mine and they go topless
3. Remove the law that makes it illegal to do window puppet shows in New York
