Yes...the trick is....use your most comfortable handwriting (easy to read..cursive..has a good flow on the paper and neat)
Every two or three minutes shake your hands and relax your fingers by stretching them and dont grip your pen or pencil too tightly...
Use a pen or pencil that has a rubber grip...

My longest exam was 2 and a half hours, yes I got a hand cramp and a bad back.

YES!!! My English tests were all handwritten this semester and they were all essay questions. I've never hated a teacher before, but that brought me real close.

Get as much Potassium into your body as possible...this can be achieved by banana smoothies with some Sustagen thrown into the blender or just eat some bananas if you don't have that luxury...do it now..don't wait till you get older...Pain..
