OR better yet, what about when your in a public bathroom and there is no toilet paper in your stall.

I know, isn't it wounderful to know how much were needed? lol we even have to do that for the ppl we love!

Because you are the last one there, when it needs changing...
It's always annoying to find a stall with no paper...Makes ya think that that place must have one heck of a bunch of male/females using it!

What I do is when the roll gets more than halfway gone, I unroll it and take a sharpie and write "If you can read this, CHANGE THE ROLL" or something like that. Then I roll it back up :) It always works.

i guess it is just your luck.if i am in a stall and forget to check for paper i ask someone to pass some from underneath and people are kind enough to do so.

I always check to make sure that there is paper there.
