The western tarsier, except for the eyes.
A tamarin also looks like Gizmo, but they're mostly endangered.
A fennec fox also kinda looks like Gizmo, if only because of the ears. It's actually legal to own a Fennec fox in many (if not all) states. Jeff Corwin has one, and I know of a lady in Illinois who sells them. They're about $5,000 and expensive to care for.

Gizmo is said to resemble the creature known as a aiai. They live in jungles and don't make good pets.

I have a dog that looks exactly like Gizmo.
Its a shitzu and when she has her fur cut short she looks really cute with a little flat nose.
She is soo warm and cuddly and one of the most friendliest dog Ive ever had.
