Be cause it is too hot to work and disease is more prevalent. Until air conditioning became common there was little economic activity in the American south outside of agriculture and textiles (hot humid climates are better for spinning). In temperate regions people are less productive in the summer.

Edit: Early civilizations developed in along rivers in hot dry climates because they were organized around irrigation, so the generalizations about hot and cold climates are not valid for all periods of history.

the reasons are i think

the cold countries have been occpied by human races on later days and the cultivation and the ownership of farm land
on vast land. but the warmer countries are occpied by human race, even before christ was born and still the peopel are continuously living there even now where the land was divided innumerable times between the desendants,in result
the cultivation of the land has become very smaller for individual one which also results in constant quarreling with adjacent owner.result the the yield is less

the second reason is in warmer climate the insects which are enimies to the plants are mulitply easily where as in cold countries they cant
the third reason due to the cold and snow even if the cultivation is abonded for some months, the mother nature is
so kindful to send her water in the form of snow inside the
land where as in warmer countries they have to always depend on rain which will invaribly fail in the contnious run
for some month
the other reason on hot sun the peasant will go tired easily

by fact slicing advantages purely isn't sufficient. removing tax subsidies to widespread companies and giving them an unfair income in our markets could be a great help, too. i like President Obama's concentration seeing it quite is on becoming the monetary device. He plans to advance tax gross revenues with out elevating tax costs. Our monetary device has purely gotten smaller too plenty over the final 2 years, that's a extensive reason deficits are so extensive. whether we rollback spending to 2008 levels, like Republicans call for, our deficit continues to be expected to be a number of hundred billion money bigger than the only we had in 2008.
