I NEVER blow dry my hair! and I have really thick hair.
Its worth it to me to get up early enough to let my hair dry before styling or wash and let dry the night before! I don't care what product I tried to use when blow drying my hair stayed frizzy and "dehydrated". Not worth it!

Blow Drying is better for your hair but it is using up more time and energy

Towel Drying is not great because you have a lot more Tangles but the benefit of towel drying is that you are using pretty much not energy

Lightly and gently towel dry

or

Blow dry to remove majority of moisture.

Air drying is definately the kindest on your hair though.

I usually towel dry, then air dry.

In the middle of winter, I towel dry, then blow dry for a few minutes only.
