brainwashing -- you can do it to anyone that wants to be wanted bad enough!!!

It's called brainwashing. There is a strong need for all of us to feel that we belong. If the individual comes from a fractured family structure, that individual will align with the group that offers the illusion of providing a secure and caring environment. Religious indoctrination is included in this phenomena. Zealots, sects, cults, gangs, and fanatics participate in the competition for the individuals alignment. It can be destructive, and has great potential to be. The only suggestion i can submit is for everyone to question authority.
