The plaza has on one side the food area like panera bread then drive a little further in and ther's a plaza with marshalls, bath and body works, claires, old navy, and so on. Do you know what city and where it is?

I thought it was Pavillion in Beachwood, at first, but its not.
The plaza you want is also on Chagrin Blvd. but not west of I-271. The plaza you are looking for is east of I-271 in Woodmere.
There is also a Wild Oats Grocery Store and Corky and Lenny's in the same place.

I am not familiar with Pavillon Mall in Beachwood, but I'm from the west side. It sounds to me like you are describing Avon Commons in Avon located off Detroit Road just east of Rt. 83 off I-90. Target, Kohl's, Linens and Things, Heinen's, I-Hop, Red Robbin, Carribou Coffee, Pier 1, Ethan Allan and World Market are also located there with all the retailers you mentioned.

Are you talking about Golden Gate Plaza? It's on Mayfield Road in Mayfield (Heights?)
