No, too many ego issue's, like should settle with like. She should find a repentant man-whore, and your friend should find a nice girl. As for that last part of your question, NO! Let filth rot. In order for that type of behavior to be stigmatized properly, an entire generation of those types of women must be left to ruin and misery; so as to set an example for the next generation of what might happen. I can understand how some women can see things as "well I want that guy to party with but that type of guy to marry down the road", but it is inherently morally wrong as it objectifies men, and denies the fact that men are human beings too. That is the problem with men, we are too forgiving.
