contact a lawyer.then talk to her and see if she would be willing to sell it to you. it will be more of her choice then anyone elses.

Honestly, I feel the best thing to do is move on with your life and your kids! Find a good lawyer first! Then find a new place to live where you and your kids can have a fresh start without the memories to haunt you. His family may not want you to be there when you get SMART and go after his *** for CHILD SUPPORT and ALIMONY!! Best of luck to you and your family and God Bless you! (remember, God will always take care of you better than any man can!)

NO! You do not have a legal claim to a house that you do not own and didn't help pay for. And it was VERY stupid of you to believe what your husband said about his sister being soft-hearted and being willing to sell the house to you. (In fact, it sounds like you and your husband planned to take advantage of your sister-in-law.)

That said, you have three options:

1.) Go to counseling in order to learn to tolerate your husband better.

2.) Learn to "grin and bear" the current situation.

3.) File for divorce and find another place for you and your children to live.

Your husband's sister is not going to have a soft heart for the woman that divorces her brother. Besides, how do you think you are going to get money to either pay the rent or buy the house if you divorce him? When you have 5 kids to support, you better reconsider. Being willing and being able to pay for a house are two different things. Do what is best for the kids for once and stop being so selfish.

This is a high Tech. move, you have to make, but if your
husband had or has purchased the house, then as his wife
legally! you are entitled to half of everything, but if not! you
could offer a downpayment on your own before you say good
bye to him. If not! you have every right to stay where you are
with your babies and pay the rent either way you will win,
remembering you have kids and a home is priority for them,
forgetting any kind of sentiment! put survival first!Good Luck!

Wellyou are going to lose it but if you are getting a divorce just let them think you lost it in the divorce. Then don't tell lies for no good reason any more
