When my mother passed away when I was 12.
She suffered so long with cancer.
I lost my best friend.

Feb 93 my great nan died of cancer of the oesophagus,then my 6 month old daughter was rushed to hospital with pneumonia, she almost died she was there for 2 weeks, then the day before she came home from hospital some scumbag stole my car from the hospital car park.then i came down with some mad virus which was caused by the stress of everything that happened,my mouth erupted into ulcers,cold sores and gum boils didn't eat for 2 weeks,then because of all the time id had off from work i got the sack .arn't bosses great

Well i hate to say it but bad things happen at Christmas for me.... i cant tell you a year when it went right!
The big ones: I lost my dad four days before Christmas in 99. Found out about my cheating fiance Christmas 2002. Lost baby Christmas 2005.
But this year I'm determined not to let it get me down!! It WILL be a good Christmas 2007. Hope yours is to. xxx

When my daughter was 7 months old and my landlo...slumlord wouldn't fix the kitchen sink and kicked me out of my first apartment because I refused to pay rent until he did. I was naiive and didn't know I really didn't have to and could have said something when he took me to court. But it was the New Year-winter in Upstate New York. Me and my fiance were going through rough times in our relationship. I was in a homeless shelter with our daughter, and then we(he and I and our daughter) stayed with various members of his family...
That went on for about 3 months/4 months that I didn't have a place to call my own, with our daughter.

my WORST day ever was 1 year + 8 days ago. i wrote on the bus seat with marker + i got caught. i was 11. i lost my allowance for 2 months to pay for it + got spanked the worst ever by my dad

The first week of April, 1978. My fiance was killed by a drunk driver, my best friend totaled my car, I lost my job, got evicted all in the same week.
it was also my birthday that week. That was the worst week of my life, so far.

worst time in life is the time comes when u get scared of the challenges and problems in ur life and instead of facing them bravely one tries to blame time.
otherwise joys and sorrows are part and parcel of life its your view how you take them

Lost my grandad to cancer in March 2006, and life has been sliding downhill since then - both my dad and uncle discovered they had cancer this year, and someone I used to work with died from it too :(

When I lost a family member. It is just a very difficult time to get over because it was my brother and he was young.
