I have Windows Vista and I have download the Music mover application from the Helio website, I just can't get the music to be able to transfer, I have both music off of iTunes and CDs that I burned to my hard drive and neither transfer over to my Ocean. Am I doing something wrong or don't I have the right dohickey with the thingamabob? Help!

Unfortunatly Helio players don't work with Mac's or windows vista.

Use HelioCity for a resource: http://www.heliocity.net/

Using the Usb cable connected to the device and your computer. the computer should still recognize that a device was connected. Then on the device it should be should have the sinc screen. On the device press the menu button (left soft key) a menu will open then select mass storage device. (This will allow the ocean to act as a hard drive and the computer should open the a window of this drive. Just drag and drop music to the folders on your device.
