My period usually lasts 5 to 7 days. How do you shorten it to 3-5 days?

Many birth control pill can do that. Check with your doctor for that information.

Apart from using the birth control pill there is no way that you can shoren you period....as for having a period of three days that very unusual and not something that you reaally should be aiming for.The pill will regulate your period so that you know how many days it will be there for.Pls read the instructions properly and follow them for the best results

You really can't. It's probably too late for it. If you had started birth control with your last period, then maybe.
