Celebrating Halloween in the US is commonplace but many of us choose not to. Instead, we have fall carnivals. The carnivals are an alternative to Halloween that celebrates God and the beauty of fall.

I guess my celebrate, you mean do we participate in Halloween events. Here in the US, some people do, some don't. With the increase in crime, many people have stopped allowing their kids to go door-to-door for trick or treating (aka begging for candy.)
But, in the traditional sense, it's not a celebration.

Yes and why not? It's a fun time to wear a costume and eat unhealthy foods.
There is no religion involved except by fanatics who have nothing better to do than stir up trouble.
