You are definately not sick. You really are not. You are just very compassionate and caring and you want to help people. You want to hug them to make them feel good. Its completely normal to want to do that. I am a very caring person and when I have friends who are grumpy, down, sad etc. I want to give them a hug and I listen to them etc. Its a very nice thing to want to do for people.

I think that your just humble instead of sick. Many people wouldn't do that so you would be considered to have a distinctly unique personality.
