Great question. My answer...taking a shower. From this answer you would think that I am a dirty person. Um...no. I shower at least once a day but sometimes twice and occasionally three times (only if I need to). Once I get in the shower, it is no big deal (easy and simple)....it is just leading up to it that I dread.
