Bad grammar , punctuation & incorrect spelling.
I think the sentence should read like this:
"What's wrong, is this sentence."
OR if was meant to be a question.....
"What's wrong in this sentence?"

Your question doesn't make sense.
'whats wrong is this sentense?'
You are asking if that sentence is wrong, not what is wrong with it. Now if you meant to say
'whats wrong WITH this sentense?'
Then:
1. You do not start with a capital letter. All sentences should start with a capital letter. 'whats' becomes 'Whats'.
2. As you are saying 'What is' using the contraction, then you need an apostrophe to show this: 'whats' becomes 'What's'.
3. I presume you mean to say 'with' instead of 'is'.
4. Your spelling of sentence is wrong. Note the final c instead of an s.
5. The word sentence should be replaced by the word question for the purposes of logic.

Alot.
Spelling: 'sentense' should be 'sentence'
Punctuation & capitalization: 'whats' should be 'What's'
Wrong word usage: 'is' should be 'with'
The correct sentence would be as follows:
What's wrong with this sentence?

If you want non-USians, non-English, non-Australians to read this, you should change "is" into "in". I don't know if the sentence would be correct this way, but it would be more correct
