Any pub where they can have a half a glass of beer and scrounge drinks from other people. They will be clean but shabbily dressed and will talk very loudly to cover up there insecurities. They are normally given a wide birth.

That could be anywhere. If you say native english, that could be England, or That would depend on what you call native english. Native Americans speak native english, and could fit in to the rest of the catagories.
