I made a hundred-page PowerPoint presentation of children songs. I placed the background music of each song in the corresponding slide in presentation. My problem is, when I burned my presentation into a CD, the songs' mp3 audios wont play when I tried to click the "horn" icon.

I have seen many PowerPoint presentations in the internet with all audios intact. I learned that as long as the file source of the audio is accessible, the audio will play well, but I have tried everything but mine doesn't work. There must be something wrong along the way.

I have seen PowerPoint presentations in CD's too, and with all the audio in perfect synchronization.

I learned some synchronization tips before. My sole problem is how to burn my presentations into a CD with all the audios embedded.

Thank you so much! ^_^

keeping the completing project in 1 single folder and then burning the complete folder to the CD is a great idea...
but if u do not wish to provide editable content in the CD then prior to burning make a pps(Power-Point Show) of ur ppt and transfer to the CD.
u can make the pps by changing the format in save as, selecting pps.

Yes, you can put a music file in the presentation. The biggest problem you will find is getting the slides to line up with the right timing. I had to do several PowerPoints for my college classes and got really tired of them really fast. Your music needs to be in a file that can be read by most programs, so .WAV or .MP3 are probably your best bet. Click the first slide of your presentation to make sure the sound will happen on that slide (or whichever slide you want it to start on). Then to add the music, choose Insert from the menu bar, then Movies and Sounds, and Sound from File. This will bring up the insert file dialog box, from here, just choose the directory you file is located in and chose it then click open. Then choose how to start the music (either automatically or when clicked). To keep the music playing throughout the slides you will need to go into custom animation. Select your music file, right click and select custom animation from the list. I found that with a little free time and interest, PowerPoint can be pretty self-explanitory and easy to learn. I hope this helps out :)

after preparing the presentations, copy the back ground music files in to the same folder. Then insert the music in to the ppt
Copy(burn) the folder fully (including the music files) in to the CD as data files
