I bought a laptop for Christmas for my nephew, I opened it to set it up. Nothing is installed I just put his name in user and registered my email. Now I want to return it...I got it from PC Richard & Son In Store. Can I return it? I got it like 3 weeks ago

Most laptops don't have many things installed when you buy them.

If the drivers and/or essential programs are not installed or not installed properly you should be able to return it.

But if you were expecting MS Office, Photoshop and other fancy stuff to already be on there, I'm afraid you have to do those yourself unless they specifically said they were installing specific software.

Overall, when Windows is installed you should have most of the basic programs installed.

When I got my laptop there was a CD with all the drivers (although that stuff was already installed for me).

almost all places give a 14 day limit on computers and electronics to be returned,but try it you never know

supposely you can but i bet you they are going to charge u with some sort of BS restocking fee.
