Marx Bros
Abbott & Costello is a distant second and the others are only shorts, excluding a couple of late Three Stooges movies that were no where near as good as their early stuff.
If you are thinking movies you are thinking The Marx Bros.

Hands down the Marx Brothers. Chico Marx, Groucho Marx, Harpo Marx, and Zeppo Marx. Full of witty one-liners that were many times full of sexual innuendo. They never used profanity in any of his performances. Who can say that today?
