Funnily enough, although Bollywood films - to the Western viewer at least - are overly melodramatic, and terribly formulaic or predictable, there is an element of joy and exuberance that I find most appealing, whether it be in the costumes and music, or in the wacky plotlines. So, if that's what you're looking for, I'd go with Bollywood!
