It's true, it really shouldn't matter! However... I'm going to answer this one just because I know all the tricks since I used to work in an industry where my coworkers would resort to certain tricks...
Two pushup bras worn at once.
Cutlets (you can get them at any place that sells bras, they are inserts that go into your bra so you don't have to use something that wouldn't look as natural).
wear a pushup bra that is a little bit too small for you.
also makeup can be used to shadow and make em look bigger (use bronzer in the middle and around the top)
That being said... I think women with smaller breasts tend to look thinner in general. Just embrace what you have!

wear a push-up bra!
You can also use makeup, if you apply a darker foundation in the center of your boobs they'll look larger!
Try it!
But really, the size of your breasts shouldn't be important, but I know that all girls love to be attractive!

Why is that important? I prefer smaller boobs and so do most of my friends. Just be who you are, if a girl is changing her outer appearance it makes her suspect, like she is deceitful from the start. I don't trust girls like that and no matter what the exchange with her is like, I walk away...

That depends on how old you are. If you are like 10, then just wait. If you are like 100, pick them up off the floor and stuff them into a pillow case or something.
