Yes i have.. I was 6 years old eating a banana ice cream and swallowed it.. I cried for hours thinking the tooth fairy wouldn't come because there was no tooth in the jar of water.. LOL

Yes, eating a piece of bread. I felt a lump, put my tongue where my tooth used to be, pulled a surprised face at my parents and that was that. Needless to say I did not retrieve it for the tooth fairy.
