Only thing it will "fertilize" is the EPA's pockets. Should you get caught pouring used oil onto the ground, you will pay a huge fine and the cost of replacing all the dirt to a level past where it saturates. Plus the costs of hauling and cleaning the dirt. Oil kills, not fertilizes living growth.

No, used motor oil will kill your lawn, spoil your soil and most likely will get into the local water table thus fouling millions of gallons of drinking water. if some one saw you dumping use motor oil on your lawn they can report you to the authorities (EPA) and you will be fined and responsible for the clean up which can easily cost over $50KUS

yes you can used motor oil for fertilizer, but you must processed motor oil be organic fertilizer, i have experiment about that and this is photo papaya fruit using motor oil as fertilizer.

Used oil has been used to permanatly kill weeds along fence lines etc. so no. Against the law and just a bad thing to do for reasons stated.
