My favorite fast food restaurant is White Castle, and I always order a Hamburger with small french fries. I also go to McDonalds about 1-2 times a month, and I usually get a Big Mac with small french fries. If I go to Burger King, which is also one of my favorite fast food restaurants, I will get the Whopper with small french fries.

Do the Creamery, DQ or Haagen Daas count? (fast ice-cream?) I've heard that in China you can do a chocolate hot-pot at Haagen Daas.
Otherwise, just these few, in order - best first:
1. 7-11 (at least here in Beijing; they do lots of pre-cooked Chinese fry ups and boiled mini-dishes)
2. Wendy's (the slightly fresher burger joint - very fresh salad and cheese, good potato salad as a side-dish).
3. McDees (as a vegetarian at least I can get the great fruit pies).
4. Starbucks (they do a good egg and lettuce sandwich that costs me no waiting time when I'm in a hurry).
