In WoW, some of my action bars overlap my map, and I also have the raid star icon in the center of my map.?

Ok so I'm pretty sure this has to do with my map add-on (cartographer). But some of my action bars overlap my map, it's very annoying, and also if you look at the screen shot of the map (link is below), you'll see a yellow star that looks like the raid icon star, in the middle of the map(appears in the cleft of shadow). Anyone know why it's like this?

Ok well I reset the WTF folder, the star went away, it was probably just a accidental note I put in there, but the action bars still overlap the map, the mods are out of date, how do I update them?

CT Mod is probably responsible for the bar problem. And I have no idea about the star in the cleft of shadows.

Try deleting your WTF folder in your World of Warcraft folder (This will reset all ui and video settings but won't harm your game), and make sure all your mods are up to date.

you have to close whatever is behind it and then just drag it into place
