http://www.readmydamnads.com. Is the affiliate section legit? It says it'll pay you 10 dollars for every person you send...If I put my email will I just get spammed or do you think it is legit?

It's almost certainly not legit. Just look at the over-the-top style of writing. The people at the top probably make money, but it's doubtful whether anyone else would.
It is possible to earn money online, but only by putting in a considerable amount of effort. A good rule of thumb is that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
