If i have a video of my self , being a minor, having consensual sex with another minor, Would i get charged with child pornography?

IN kentucky If you are 16+ You are legal age as long as your parents agree or some **** like that.

Possession AND manufacture.
The manufacture could be charged as a felony, which would leave you with a life-time registration as a sex offender.
A few months ago a 15 yo girl in GA was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography for taking a naked picture of herself on her cell phone and sending it to her boyfriend, who was ALSO charged with possession for having it on his cellphone.

There is no such thing as "consentual sex with a minor". Legally a minor can not even form consent, let alone grant consent to another. Child porn, and statutory rape, would be charged if you were an adult. As a minor, you could be declared beyond parental control, and sent to reform school...just for being a delinquent. There is a stautute of limitations which lasts several years, so the state can wait for you to become an adult,and then let you out of reform school, and then charge you as an adult...as soon as they return your property-including the porn-to you. Then, as it is in your possession while you are an adult, you can be charged with possessing kiddee porn, and be prosecuted.
