Is It possible to dowload onto computer from music sites flash player.?

I have windows media player, latest version but have no idea how to pull the songs flashplayer into the windows media player format for copying...can you elaborate...

Use Media Player Classic to play flash files like '.swf' locally i.e in the hard-disk if the file is in the hard-disk
Go to adobe.com for the flash player to view online flash content.
Direct Install from Adobe:

Flash player for Internet Explorer & AOL:
