I don't have any favourite as i like all desserts.

In some there are fruits & in some choclates, in some icecreams, in some cakes ,custard, pudding anything will be tasty added with sugar for me.All of them tastes good.

You should see how myself & my husband used to fight to finish off of the remaining portion if anything is in the refrigerator.

There is a saying "In a childless house the old man & the old woman will jump & play"That's what will be happening in our house if there is any dessert in the fridge.

Ice cream and chocolate cakes. To he honest, I have not heard of ice-cream cakes. If you mean Cassata, then yes, I love it like anything. It's my favourite too.
