For starters, go back to your asthma clinic and make sure your medication is right - I don't believe the menopause affects asthma, so that needs sorting. As to the hot flushes, I'm sorry - but you just have to plough on through them!! Have you considered HRT at all? Again, a chat with your doctor.

As to the feeling tired all the time, bet you are racing round like a lunatic getting things sorted for Christmas like most women! Be kind to yourself!

You really need to go back to the doctor, get your asthma checked out first, you may well be on the menopause but your doctor can send you for a blood test which then lets you know if you are. I was 37 and had the hot flushes and was very tired oh and grumpy I kept going to the doctor and was told it was my nerves, that was with doctors I'd changed to due to a move, in the end I went back to my old doctors and they did the blood test and yes I was on the menopause, I was given HRT and it was trial and error till I got the right one. I haven't had a thing for over 2 years now and am over it, I'm nearly 50. You really need blood tests done even thyroid problems can make you feel like that. Good luck.

If you can afford private treatment - the doctors at the private hospital below treat most of those problems that you suffer with. They will probably investigate the causes , often unlike GPs and NHS consultants.
