My Karspersky is now asking me to put a key which i don't have, i have then decided to uninstall then re-install but when installing it's now giving me a message that i already have it although i removed it already at "Add/Remove and also at "Program Files" where is it hidden so i can be able to remove it in order to reinstall the new one without any trouble?

Thank you!

Anti-virus software can be difficult to remove - sorta like a virus.

Here's a Karspesky removal tool:

Here are search results for removing Karspesky:

Hi!--many software do not completely uninstall themselves from the Add/Remove Panel---what i do is i go into the Registry and search for the name of the program and delete it-----cheers!

Are u using an original Karspesky?
try to download Baku .http://pmcc.cidadevirtual.pt/downloads/baku.zip
then run it.
and reinstall it.
if can't you can use alternative anti virus software that came with free and no any problem found!
