Does anyone know the full rules on Second year athletes at junior colleges in cali?

Help I totally don't understand the 24 unit rule. What if Im a credit short and a gpa .1 short of being elgible but I raise it in the winter semester before the season?

The coach should know this. When I taught at Junior College, the athletes directed their questions such as this to their coach or counselor.
