In my laptop, I found both the software.But Intel Chipset 945 unable to install. Give me correct solution..also clarify me ,two graphics software can be installed?

You can't install a graphics card into a laptop except in a very, very slim number of cases. Therefore, why would you want to install both the Intel and nVidia software drivers?
This is a resounding no.

Intel 945 chipset has the GMA 950 integrated graphics. It will only work with the GMA 950 driver.You do not need any Nvidia driver for that. Uninstall it then install the GMA 950 driver.

It's not Graphic software it's a driver for the respective hardwares to work properly.
nVidia, Intel Chipset are hardwares. Install the respective drivers only if you have the respective hardwares i.e. the respective graphics cards which can be verified in the Device Manager.

Uninstall the intel 945 driver if you already have the nVidia driver.
