CSI (and various other CBS shows) can be seen at veoh.com (look for the CBS on Veoh link;registration required but it is free).

The only way i have ever gotten around the law is to go to http://www.tudou.com and search for it, everything is in japanese but it tells you season no then episode no. This link if for season 8 episodes 1-5 http://www.tudou.com/playlist/playindex.do?lid=1742879&iid=9799889

go to their network website like cbs, you wont be able to download them to your computer you but you can see them from their website.
