Let r(x) = 5x + 1 and s(x) = x^2 - 5

(2z - 1) = 5
2z = 6
z = 3

2z - 1 = â25
2z - 1 = 5
2z = 6
z = 6/2
z = 3

first solution:
2z-1=5
2z=6
z =3
second solution
2z-1=-5
2z=-4
