I have 18 years experience.
he has no financial problems....he is very well off..he is just cheap..cheap..cheap!
my previous boss used to give us no less than a $750 bonus every year!
this guy is does not appreciate his employees at all! it's his culture..he's from India.

You don't have to start over since I'm assuming you've built up some experience in those 7 years. Go on the job hunt and see if you can line up another job that pays better or even pays the same but has better benefits.

$100 is nothing to fret over though. Especially if you're happy with your work environment and it's relatively stress free then just be content.

Get over it! There is no law that says you must be given a bonus. Just because you say your boss is well to do, doesn't mean that he really is. Also, maybe he's not happy with the work his employees are doing so he decided that there wouldn't be a bonus this year! Be thankful that you even have a job! And if you can't get over it, start searching the classifieds!

That sucks. Most people do not get a x-mas bonuses, but I think it is stupid of your boss to slowly take it away without even saying anything. I agree, scrooge.

Does he a least have a party or something to celebrate the season and say thank you? He's a stupid scrooge if he doesn't.

I was very pleasantly surprised to get a Christmas bonus this year. Business has not been good. Bonuses in general though, in my line of work are rare, so getting one at all is a treat.
