Being gassy is very normal in early pregnancy. I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant. I am very gassy at times and get really bad headaches, along with extremely sore breasts. I have very vivid dreams and got some acne on my chin. The acne went away after a couple days. It sounds like your pregnant. You may not test positive until 5 days after your missed period. I got a positive 1 day after my missed period. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Gas when you are pregnant can be a very "smelly" thing lol sorry but I just had to say that. Yes it is normal for alot of women. As for the other symptoms you are having yes they are all hallmarks for pregnancy. Sore breasts can indicate early pregnancy as well. You might also experience a very odd sensations almost like pain when the pregnancy becomes implanted in your uterine wall. IF you are going to home test I suggest ClearBlue easy. (I love that commercial) It is as far as I can tell the most accurate and easiest to use. Once you have a positive you may need to wait a bit longer for a good result from an OB/GYN. My third pregnancy the line was barely blue (nowdays it is digital pregnant or not pregnant with the Clearblue test) and I had to wait another two weeks for a strong positive from my Doc. Good luck!

I'm with busemomm, I was gassy and the # 2 story was just told in another question - it was the worst, the whole nine months but I wouldn't take that as a sign of pregnancy. Three weeks along should be plenty to take a test. Buy a double pack test and if the first is negative then take another on Monday if you still don't have your period.

Good luck to you, if this is just a scare for you take it seriously and protect yourself from this and other scarier outcomes in the future, all the best!!

From those symptoms, it can be up in the air whether you are pregnant or not. I mean what about fatigue, nausea, increase in discharge? Those are better signs than constipation and a full bladder in the morning.

You sound constipated though. When you are so constipated you become gassy. Or maybe it's a food. Maybe you are bloated because you are about to come on your period. Those are just some suggestions on what's going on with you.

I hope that helped you.

I didnt have any of the pregnancy symptoms until i was about 8-9 weeks...i'm 22w2d and i'm still experiencing the burping, gas, and going to the bathroom all the time...so get used to the beauties of being pregnant :p

P.S just to make sure that you are pregnant...go to planned parenthood...or your dr and get a pregnancy test...

Good Luck :]

Sounds like you could be. I get gassy when I have pms too, so it could still be either. My poor husband, I was sooo gassy when I was first pregnant. But I wouldn't fart in front of him. It would come out when I was asleep. And he told me that all night long he kept hearing me and to stop suffering and let it out. He told me that I could blame it on the baby. It was all noise at first, and got worse later LOL!

Smelly farts are normally caused by hot farts. Drink more water, and cut down on the beans woman

Gas is common in pregnancy but I wouldn't use it as a sign that you are pregnant.
