Female orgasms are like male orgasms in that they are the sudden release of sexual tension following its buildup. They usually take significantly longer to get to than male orgasms. Most women secrete extra lubricating fluid during an orgasm, the far end of the vagina expands, and the cervix moves slightly into that space in a grasping motion. (If the woman is trying to get pregnant, it is best for her to have her orgasm after that of her partner.)
